Paul AinleyI’m totally mad about helping businesses deliver the type of employee and candidate experience they can be proud of. I’m an old fashioned sort of bloke, and believe that if you treat your people with courtesy and respect, encourage and support them and are open and honest, they’ll reward you by taking good care of your business.

My background’s in business development and client service and before setting up Chatter, I’ve worked for some of the biggest agencies in the industry. Over the years I’ve been involved in a whole heap of projects for lots of different clients, everything from helping businesses attract and recruit the best talent in the market place, to helping them engage those people in their vision for their future and manage change with least disruption.

My passion is for solving problems creatively. So when Lisa first floated the idea of a new breed of agency – more client centric, more consultative, more agile, I jumped at the opportunity to work with her and Jon (two of the very best talents in the industry). Together we’re busy building a creative, innovative and vibrant little agency, and I love every second of it!
